Glynn Waterworth
Glynn founded Leyland Cleaning Services back in 1979, when daughter Christina was barely a gleam in his eye.
Since then, he’s built a solid reputation for his expert advice and unwavering commitment to excellence. Nothing brings him more joy than wowing his customers with fantastic results that revitalise the interiors of their home’s interiors.
Four decades later, Glynn is still working hard today alongside his wife Karen, daughter Chrissy and her husband Kyle.
His dedication and passion inspire each member of the team to continue delivering superior cleaning services and exceptional customer experiences.
Karen Waterworth
Inspired by Glynn’s passion, Karen joined the team soon after their marriage in 1989.
As a working parent, Karen understands the challenges of balancing work and family, so she loves that running the business allows her to take care of her customers whilst still spending time with her loved ones.
Whilst every member of our team is capable of completing any aspect of our work to an excellent standard, keeping a busy company and a strong family unit running like a well-oiled machine takes outstanding organisation and management skills – and this is where Karen shines!
Her friendly approach and attention to detail make her a valuable member of the team.
Christina Denney

Whilst she may be young, Chrissy is far from inexperienced and strives to maintain the high standards that Leyland Cleaning Services is known for.
Having joined the company at the age of 16 with a lifetime of her father’s lessons under her belt, she already has over 10 years’ experience delivering the highest standard of service.
Chrissy is incredibly passionate about customer service and prides herself on providing an excellent customer experience that brings people back to us again and again.
With her customer-focused approach and her commitment to delivering an impeccable clean, Christina sets an example for our team and inspires us to bring our best every day.
Kyle Denney
Meet Kyle Denney: the latest addition to the Leyland Cleaning Services family! As a perfectionist by nature, he fits in perfectly and loves what he does.
Kyle joined the company several years ago and has since become not only an essential part of the team, but also an integral part of our family unit following his marriage to Christina in 2021.
With the support of the team’s collective eight decades of experience, Kyle has grown from strength to strength, contributing to the company’s continued success.
He’s made a significant impact with his dedication and commitment to upholding the company values of integrity, professionalism, and excellence that Glynn established all those years ago.
Together, this close-knit family team continue to dedicate themselves to delivering superior professional cleaning services at affordable prices.
